Law Clerk
Zamzow Fabian PLLC is accepting applications from highly motivated and diligent law clerks to join our team.
We are accepting applications from recent law school graduates or law students who have completed core courses.
The ideal candidates should also have a strong foundation in statistics, economics, or have a comfort level with algebra. Although we are not currently hiring, we may call you when we are.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- • Perform administrative tasks, to support the legal team.
- • Conduct basic legal research and analysis on various legal topics.
- • Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and memoranda.
- • Provide support to attorneys in all aspects of case management and trial preparation.
- • Assist with organizing and maintaining case files and client records.
Qualifications:
- • Knowledgable with legal research tools.
- • Recent law school graduate or current law student who has completed courses in Legal Research and Writing, Criminal Law, and Contracts.
- • Undergraduate-equivalent coursework in statistics, economics, or demonstrated comfort with algebra.
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- • High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Legal Assistant
Zamzow Fabian PLLC is accepting applications from highly organized and qualified candidates to fill the Legal Assistant position.
This role would involve providing support to our lawyers and requires strong writing skills, comfort with math, quality research skills, and a willingness to adapt to a changing legal environment. Although we are not currently hiring, we may call you when we are.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- • Attorney support and perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.
- • Assist attorneys with the preparation and management of legal documents including proof reading.
- • Gather information to support case preparation.
- • Coordinate and maintain schedules, appointments, and deadlines for attorneys.
- • Organize, maintain, and update case files, client records, and other legal documents.
- • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other external parties.
- • Assist with billing and time keeping.
Qualifications:
- • Strong writing and communication skills.
- • Comfort with math and an ability to handle calculations.
- • Quality research skills and proficiency in using legal research tools.
