Michael Zamzow is a principal at Zamzow Fabian PLLC with over a decade of litigation experience. He represents individuals, businesses, and organizations in matters ranging from commercial litigation to employment and real property disputes — in Michigan state courts and in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Michigan.
His litigation practice covers Uniform Commercial Code secured transactions, breach of contract, commercial disputes, employment claims, and real property matters. Michael has defended and resolved multi-million dollar lawsuits and has closed several multi-million dollar commercial property transactions. He maintains an active general counsel practice for Michigan companies, with litigation as his primary focus.
Michael also advises physicians on employment contract review and negotiations — a focused practice he has built over many years. He works with physicians on letters of intent, compensation structures, restrictive covenants, and termination provisions. Additional practice areas include startup formation, shareholder disputes, and construction litigation.
